Aroma: Dark berries – blackberry, black cherry, and blueberry. Floral lift – violets and a touch of lavender. Hints of dark chocolate, cedar, and a touch of menthol or eucalyptus.

Palate: Medium to full-bodied, structured and expressive. Juicy black fruits lead – plum, blackberry, and raspberry. Fresh acidity (especially from the Carignan), giving it liveliness and food-friendliness.
